Our team members are like our patients, they're family.

Each one of our team members brings a unique skillset and personal touch to our veterinary practice.

Doctor Julie Fine

Dr. Fine was born and raised in southwest Pennsylvania and, consequently, is a die-hard Pittsburgh Steelers fan. She graduated from The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 1998, which created her love for the Buckeyes. She began her Veterinary career on the East Coast but eventually found her way back to Ohio because it felt like home. She worked in a few veterinary clinics, which helped shape her vision for how she wanted to practice veterinary medicine and ultimately helped her realize she needed her own clinic.

In 2012, she embarked on a new adventure and began learning Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine and Acupuncture. This adds another layer of treatment options for her patients.

When Dr. Fine is not working or cheering for her two favorite football teams, she enjoys flea markets, craft and antique fairs, reading and gardening, just to name a few of her interests. She currently resides with two feline sisters, Maya and Gracie.

Andrea Mykrantz

Andrea was born and raised right here in Columbus, Ohio. From a very young age, Andrea had a special connection with animals and knew they would be her life’s passion. Her first job in high school was at a local pet supply retailer and it was through this line of work that she first learned of the “Registered Veterinary Technician”. Andrea immediately contacted the advisor of the veterinary technology program at Columbus State to enroll and two short years later, Andrea was proud to call herself an RVT.

During college, Andrea began working as a Vet Assistant and after graduation, that same practice hired her full-time. In addition to her technical duties, she also became the clinic’s practice manager and worked with them for 17 years. However, Andrea developed new interests in behavior and holistic medicine that she wasn’t able to pursue while under their employ. Bravely, she spread her wings to seek out her desires. Luckily, the universe saw fit to lead her right here to Whole Pet Wellness Center in April of 2016.

In a field where most technicians burn-out within two to three years, Andrea remains passionate about her career. She believes there is always something new to learn and as such, she attends multiple lectures, seminars, and conferences each year. In addition to her excellent core technical skills, Andrea is a level two Reiki Practioner, soon to be a Reiki Master. She is also very experienced with using animalEO® essential oils with pets and is just beginning her journey with sound healing.

At home, Andrea and her husband, Matt, live with their very opinionated Dachshund, Gwen and their very accomplished, but quite lazy, Mini American Shepherd, Queenie. In her spare time, Andrea enjoys being close to nature, making art, doing fun things with the dogs, gaming with friends, as well as keeping up on their various geek fandoms!

Keanna White

Keanna was born and raised in Columbus, Ohio, where her lifelong passion for animals first began. From an early age, she felt a deep connection to every animal she encountered and knew she wanted a career dedicated to their care and well-being.

She pursued this passion by enrolling in the Veterinary Technology program at Columbus State Community College. During her training, Keanna completed her first internship at MedVet in the Rehabilitation Department, where she discovered a strong interest in alternative medicine and animal rehabilitation. She went on to complete her second internship at Whole Pet Wellness Center, where she quickly fell in love with the clinic’s holistic approach, supportive atmosphere, and commitment to patient care.

After graduating and earning her Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) degree, Keanna was offered a full-time position at Whole Pet Wellness Center—and she has been a valued member of the team ever since. She is also certified in canine massage therapy and is Reiki Level II certified. Dedicated to continued learning, Keanna is currently working toward certification in cold laser therapy and rehabilitation therapy to further enhance the care she provides to her patients.

Outside of the clinic, Keanna enjoys spending time outdoors, connecting with friends and family, and relaxing at home with her dog, Ozzie, and her cat, Ronald.
