Please note our hospital financial and late cancel/no show policies.  By attending your appointment, you agree to these terms.

1. Payment is due, in full, at the conclusion of the visit or service. WE DO NOT BILL. We do accept Care Credit. Whole Pet Wellness Center DOES NOT extend credit or arrange payment terms. All non-critical hospital estimates are to be paid half down in advance of services, and the remaining balance is to be paid in full at completion of service.

2. I understand failure to pay will result in full collection effort being taken and I will be responsible for all collection costs including, but not limited to, court costs, serving by private processor or Sheriff, and any other fees incurred.

3. Grace Period: Typically, arriving 10 to 15 minutes past your scheduled time is considered late. Exceeding this window often results in your appointment being marked as a no-show and requires rescheduling.

4. Late Cancellations: Canceling or moving an appointment less than 24 hours before the scheduled time is considered a late cancellation. For New Clients who have pre-paid their exam fee, this results in forfeiture of the pre-payment. In order to reschedule, a new pre-payment must be made. For established clients you may incur a late cancellation fee equal to the cost of the exam or service missed or be asked to pre-pay to schedule going forward.

5. Fees: Late cancellations and no-shows can incur fees or even dismissal from the practice. Established clients will receive one “oops” per calendar year. We’re all human, we make mistakes, forget things, unexpected traffic jams and weather happens. We will forgive one infraction annually, but continued issues will be handled on an individual basis. This can look like fees for missed services, pre-payment to schedule future appointments, forfeiture of pre-paid treatments such as acupuncture or laser or even dismissal from the practice. In situations involving documented medical emergencies or severe weather, fees may be waived or no-show marks removed at the Dr. Fine’s discretion.
